Rogers Galaxy S2 LTE running Ice Cream Sandwich

Getting a cellphone in Canada is a terrible experience. We have some of the highest priced plans around. To make things worse, since Android updates go through our carrier so they can load their bloatware (unwanted apps), Android updates here in Canada are slow. In the video above I show that it’s actually possible to load the Android ROM based on the AT&T version of the Galaxy S2. The AT&T and Rogers devices are near identical in terms of hardware so the AT&T version of the ROM works just fine on the Rogers version of the phone.
