Change Office Theme

– Under Office Theme, select Black, Dark Gray, or System Setting (this follows your Windows theme and works if your Windows theme is dark).

– The ribbon and interface will now be in dark mode across all office apps.

Change Word Doc and Excel Sheet

– In Word, go to View in the top ribbon > Switch Modes to Dark.

– In Excel, go to View in the top ribbon > Switch Modes to dark.

– Done! Your workspace is now in dark mode.

Sharing Dark theme documents

– Text automatically adjusts for readability in dark mode.
